I just baught the book last weekend after being impressed with Log Parser the week before. One thing that I saw was missing (or didn't see) was that none of the field types had the SQL data type included. For example, most strings are actually (N)VARCHAR[###] and it's hard trying to find all that information. Including that in the book would have been very helpful for those of us creating the SQL tables manually. Mentioning that DATETIME should be used instead of TIMESTAMP would also have saved me some headache. 
It would also be nice if you added the SQL files to create the database and tables to this site.
Also, if you can add the ability for Log Parser to read the SQL database as input, it would be great. We tend to delete all log files after adding them to the database and having Log Parser reread it would be extremely helpful.
