I dont knwo where else to turn...
I have developed an intranet site at work, it all works lovely on my machine (XP Pro), i then copy the site over to the production server (Windows 2000 Server) and it was working...
Then it just stopped. I get the 403 error code after a very long wait. We currently access the site by typing the IP address of the server.
We have removed the site , then re-added it, we have restarted IIS, then it works, after the first page has been grabbed it stops again. We have looked closely at the directory security, anonymous logon etc. but we cannot resolve the problem. The broswer just hangs for several minutes (6-8 minutes).We do use a domain.
What am i missing???
