    Hi,

Have you tried converting virtual directory to web application? To mark an existing virtual directory as a Web application:

  • Right-click the directory that you want to mark as an application root, and then click Properties.

  • On the Directory tab, in the Application Settings section, click Create.

  • In the Application name text box, type the name of the application, and then click OK.

If that doesn't help, we need a better error message.  Make sure friendly error messages are disabled in IE.

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/294807 This KB shows you how to turn off friendly errors in IE.

    thx steve for the link,
after i turn off the IE friendly message, the following message appears
The XML page cannot be displayed

Cannot view XML input using style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.

Invalid at the top level of the document. Error processing resource 'http://localhost/NewMofa/WS/Service.asmx'. Line 1, Po...

This is a marker file generated by the precompilation tool, and should not be deleted!

While if i create new virtual directory on same level of my website every thing works fine ,
P.S WS and website have the same IP.
