Cross Post - Unanswered IIS7 / Vista install issue

This person posted a log file in the post below.  Does a un-install and re-install help?

btw, 0x80080005 is not access-denied, it is CO_E_SERVER_EXEC_FAILURE which probably means some COM service crashed (you probably confused it with 0x80070005)

Re: Cross Post - Unanswered IIS7 / Vista install issue

Thank you once again.  I did try the previous suggestion and the problem is that the folder:

    %SystemDrive%\Users\All Users\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\MachineKeys

does not exist.  I have c:\users but no All Users within it.

     Any other suggestions?

You have All users, it is a system folder, uncheck:

"Hide protected operating system files (Recommended)" in folder options or just type the folder's path in the address bar directly:

    "C:\Users\All Users\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\MachineKeys"
