Delegation: Is Administrators module removed ?

The IIS 7 Delegation article mentions to configure administrators for remote managemnt of site/webApplication. I couldn't find Administrators module under Managment group. We are using Vista business edition (not beta).

I can see "IIS Managment Service" is installed, and the Feature Delegation is also available at the web-server level.

Is that this module moved/removed, or avialable on Longhorn only?

"With IIS7, a server administrator can configure IIS Manager to allow non-administrators to connect to a site or application and set configuration in their web.config files.  There are two steps to getting this working:

    1. Specify the users that can connect to a site or application
    2. Start the Web Management Service (WMSVC) and enable remote connections if your users aren’t local"

yep - this feature is longhorn server only.  (though in a future release, you'll be able to get an updated tool for vista / xp / win2k3 that can manage longhorn server)
