  Front Page Error: Cannot Process email form - How to view the Application event Log? Reply Contact Alright my email webform developed in front page suddenly stopped working. I get this error "FRONT PAGE ERROR" User:please report details to this site's webmaster" Webmaster:please see the server's application event log for more detail  The error isn't specific and I'm the webmaster. I'm totally new to the IIS6 and frontpage 03. so how do I view the application event log? I mean where is the application event log usually located at ? Also what else do I need to look for?  My email form was working fine couple days ago and now it doesn't work and gives me the error(above). Any suggestions or guidance so I can narrow the problem?  Thanks!!!

I"m checking the event application log and there is no mention of any type of frontpage error or warning. I ran the form again and the same error popped up but there is no log recorded for it , the last log update was two hours ago and it was non frontpage related. I moved my frontpage form and ran it on different server and it worked fine but it doesnt work not on a newer server. Is there some sort smtp front page service stopped? do I need to need to reboot the server? or restart the frontpage service (if so how to do that). Again my forms used to work on this server and now it suddenly stopped working. Any clues?

Reply Contact I'm not a FrontPage user but ... isn't there somewhere, in the FPSE Admin perhaps, that you setup the SMTP email config?  Did you do that on this server?
